Maja Berglund is taking part in the Great London Swim 2010 for CCC
The Great London Swim takes place on Saturday 3 July 2010 at the Royal Victoria Dock, right in the heart of the Capital and set against the stunning backdrop of Canary Wharf and the O2 Arena.
Part of a series of one mile swims taking place under the Great Swim banner; the London event is open to swimmers of all abilities. And some of those who will be taking to the open water will include professional athletes, amateur enthusiasts, Olympian swimmers and TV celebrities alike so Maja will be in very good company!
Maja lives locally and is passionate about the welfare of children so was keen to support her local children’s charity. Currently studying to become a psychotherapist, Maja hopes her chosen career will allow her to focus on the well being of children throughout the UK once she has completed her studies.
We wish Maja well with her studies and would like to say a huge thank you for choosing to support Child Concern Consortium during her swim and wish her good luck on the day!
